The Story of Weatherstone House - Weatherstone House

Situated a short stroll from the golden sands of Croyde Beach, Weatherstone House on St Mary’s Road offers a sanctuary of coastal charm and contemporary comfort. Soft natural light spills across each room as textured finishes and carefully curated interiors create a home that feels both expansive and intimate.

Croyde and the Braunton area were once home to farming and fishing communities with quaint cottages built from local stone and thatch dotting the landscape. Many of these homes housed generations of families who worked the land and fished the nearby Atlantic waters. While fully modernised, Weatherstone House nods to this rich history through natural materials its coastal palette and architectural details that respect the character of the surroundings.

Today, guests are welcome to experience the beauty of the North Devon coast. The sound of waves rolling in, the scent of salt on the breeze and the warmth of the autumn sun all combine to create a memorable holiday experience. Morning walks along the beach and afternoons spent surfing or exploring nearby woodland paths - the House offers the perfect base for a coastal escape.
